
ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
Five Steps for Enrolment

Step 1
Contact our enrolment officer for all the necessary documentation using the respective Enrolment Documentation enquiry forms below.

Step 2
Complete the Application for Assessment.

Step 3
Submit form to school and then learner applicant will be contacted for an assessment. A non-refundable Assessment Fee (R300) is payable on the day of the assessment.

Step 4
Once a learner is successful in their assessment; parents will receive an Enrolment Pack with all the necessary forms and agreements. A non-refundable Enrolment Fee (R500) is then payable.

Step 5
Upon receipt of all completed Enrolment Pack forms, agreements and payment of the Enrolment Fee your child’s place at our school is secured.



Please Note
To enable a learner to fully benefit from the Covenant College curriculum and environment, it is necessary to assess each application for admission. Applicants are assessed according to normal age and grade appropriate assessments and, if necessary, extra assessments or interviews may be requested.
